Cherl L. Henderson was born on September 21, 1962, at Bethany Peace Hospital in Spanish Lake, Missouri, to Billy Dean Becker and Mildred Becker (McClendon).
Cherl received her education through the Hazelwood School District in St. Louis County, where she was a four-year Honor Roll student and a cheerleader. She accepted Christ at an early age.
