Cherl L. Henderson was born on September 21, 1962, at Bethany Peace Hospital in Spanish Lake, Missouri, to Billy Dean Becker and Mildred Becker (McClendon).

Cherl received her education through the Hazelwood School District in St. Louis County, where she was a four-year Honor Roll student and a cheerleader. She accepted Christ at an early age. Cherl graduated from the University of Missouri with a business degree and later moved to Wichita, Kansas, where she worked for Raytheon.

She went on to dedicate 35 years of service to the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, serving in several positions, with her final role being bookkeeping.

Cherl is survived by her loving husband, Glendell Henderson; her daughter, Veronica Henderson; and her grandson, Luke Henderson. She is also survived by her brothers: Billy Dean Becker Jr. of Missouri; Michael (Cindy) Becker, of Missouri; and Harold (Denise) Becker, of Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Dean Becker and Mildred Becker (McClendon).
