Chelsea was born in Bakersfield, CA in May of 1994 to parents, Crystal Miller and Charles Hughes. She was an Oldest child, always Full of Life . She proudly stated that she wanted to be a Pediatrician when she grew up. Chelsea also loved Spending time with her Siblings Kyria Hughes, Alaysa Hughes and Brother Kylin Miller, Also she leaves behind Two beautiful baby boys Austin Lewis and Achilles Lewis. Chelsea’s memory will forever be cherished by Her family.Chelsea wish was to be cremated and her ashes given to her Boys so she will Forever be with them. A Private Memorial service will be Held, for more information please contact her Mother
