Charlotte Louise Smith McCarthy, 73 of Lincolnton, passed away at her residence on July 12, 2023. Charlotte was born on November 08, 1949 to the late Theodore R. and Veda D. Burt Smith in Glen Falls, NY. She was married to John McCarthy for 54 years. Charlotte worked at Caromont Regional Medical Center as a transporter until she retired.
