Charlotte Demetria Belton, age 55, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Northside Duluth Hospital in Georgia. She was born November 24, 1968, in Queens, New York to Irvin Edward Belton and Cleopatra Carr. She was a graduate of Wallace-Rose Hill High School in 1987 and received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 1991.
