Charlie Hibbler, 80, of Independence, MS, passed away on July 12, 2022 after a battle with lung cancer.
Charlie was born on July 18 1982 to Mary and John Hibbler in Southaven Ms. After graduating from Independence High School in 1990, he went on to study Navy Air Force at The Air Force Academy. After graduation, he landed his first job as a Military Intelligence Officer for US Navy for twenty five years. In 1963 …
