CHARLES WARREN(Charlie) KNAPP, 80 of Cumming Georgia died suddenly on 8/31/25. Charlie was the third child of thirteen from the marriage of Georgianna Haas and Richard Knapp. Born in Saint Paul and raised in Excelsior Minnesota, Charlie attended Saint John the Baptist Catholic School and Benilde High School. Drafted into the US Army and primarily served in the 3rd Armored Calvary Regiment (the Brave Rifles) near Baumholder Germany. Settled in Rochester MN for a time …
