Charles “Charlie” Brian Skinner, born on February 7, 1963, in Lake Wales, FL, passed away peacefully at his residence in High Springs, FL, surrounded by his beloved family on March 2, 2025, at the age of 62.
After graduating from high school, Charlie proudly served in the Navy, stationed in Alaska, Oregon, and Diego Garcia. Later, he reunited with and married the love of his life, Ana Skinner, who he affectionately called Sunshine. Charlie lived …
