Two brothers in life who looked after each other in everything and every way. I’m sending love to all of you, the rest of my family. He almost did another miracle. We were available for each other 24 hours a day 365 days a year and we both took advantage of that. Any calls before 1 am it was always “Chuck calling…” Calls from all over the world, he tried to kill me with food on multiple occasions, each one a special story.
1. in New York- Indian food hotter than you can imagine.
2. Bad shrimp with me passed out at mens room in LAX, that’s just a little flavor, and there are million more stories like that.
God bless you Chuck,
Other will tell you Rest in Peace, I’ll just say- I’ll continue on what you started.
Love, Gary

I got to know Chuck when he would stop by to enjoy a cup of coffee at our booth in St. Augustine Amphitheater Farmers Market, and eventually at our shop on Anastasia Island. He became a regular.
The last few months, he needed help, and I stepped up. We were together, almost every day.
I tried to write a message here, deleted, wrote again, walked away.....and now, I have a bit of courage.
Beautiful soul! His laughter was so infectious. So generous, thoughtful, loving, bubbly and family oriented. He called me his 3rd daughter!
I will deeply miss you Champion! Soldier on and prepare a beautiful place for us up there!
Family, my condolences 🙏🏽

I worked with Chuck for a couple of years as his personal trainer. I loved to hear all about his daughters and their families. The stories about fast cars, fast sailboats, construction and hunting birds (that were never shot) filled our rest time in between sets. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.

Chuck and I were friends during high school. We met at the Synagogue we attended together with our families. When together most of our time was spent at his family's chicken farm since he was rarely able to leave. We manned the egg stand, candeled eggs (weighing them and checking them) and packed the eggs for sale. Between customers we would toss around a foot ball or just hang out together. When I slept over we would get up real early and go to "Pops Dounuts " where they made fresh right in front of you. A real treat.!! We had lots of fun times together and he will be missed. So sorry for your loss.

Girls- so very sorry for your loss! I have stayed in touch with your dad and even saw him when I came to Florida with my son. Loved him very much. My favorite memory is riding back, just he and I, in the car from my grandma's in southern Illinois after he and my dad went to their coal mine. Chuck and I were driving through St Louis (at night) and both of us were singing at the top of our lungs. Of course, he didn't know most of the words but that didn't stop him from trying!! Rest in peace, Chuck. You will be missed.

Chuck and I grew up on Long Island together we’ve known each other since fifth grade we’ve been lifelong buddies. We used to hunt together and ride horses and fishing together for many years. We were separated by distance, but that bond of a friendship never ended. My body will be forever messed Love you, Chuck Tom Pavelek.

My condolences to the Rosenblum family. As a child, I usually did not enjoy meeting my father’s old business friends but “Chuck” as he was known to us was always a delight to be around with his unmistakable voice and laugh. When my mother had a stroke I was just 19 yo…Chuck came with me to the social security office and that was very meaningful to me! Thoughts and prayers to those he left behind. Rest in peace, Chuck!
