I was so sorry to hear of his passing he was such a loving man he would help anyone out that needed it he didn’t care he liked putting smiles on everyone’s face I remember when I first met Charlie he had a little dog and I gave him some clothes for his dog and I always called him baby Charlie his dog because I never knew his name then Charlie told me his name and I still called him baby Charlie I said well I’ve always called him baby Charlie so he will always be baby Charlie to me this man had the greatest heart of a lot of people IHe was always giving even know he had metal he gave to anyone in need he will be very missed
