We miss you Chuck.  Love Dave and Lori❤️
Our family's thoughts will be with you this weekend. Charles was a fun, passionate and lively man. I will always remember Charles by some of our dinner conversations where we laughed and talked about the passion and love that he had for his family. I admired his devotion to his kids and grandchildren and I want to offer our heartfelt condolences to his family that he loved so dearly.
My heart just broke when I heard about Chuck, We have been good friends since the 70s and I worked with him at CNA. Chuck was the kind of man when you met him you would never forget him and considered him such a blessing to have passed through your life.
If you had a bad day he was the one to lift your spirits, tell you a funny story and you would both be laughing.
There are some people in life that make you laugh a little louder, smile a little bigger, and live just a little bit better and that was Chuck!
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his wife Cheryl and all of his family.
Within our hearts, and in our memories, those we love remain with us always.

I last saw Chuck and Cheryl at Cornerstone in Incline Village in August. As usual Chuck was smiling and joyful in his worship. Those two qualities are what I’ll remember most about him. I’ll miss his “Hi Kid” at church each Sunday. Fondly, Cheryl
Dear Cheryl and to all of your and Chuck's family. I know family was the most important and dear to him. When we spent time with you in Incline Village, it was family that he had pictures of around the house and you were so very dear to his heart. He carried a loving Father's heart for all of you. It was his hope in Jesus that carried him and is carrying him now. We are confident that he is now being cared for by his loving Father God.
Mr. O’Neal played a big part in my young developmental years. He and his family included me in many trips and special occasions. We loved each other, and he will always have a special place in my ❤️
He was truly a great man -we all will miss him a lot!
Cheryl and family; our hearts and prayers go out to you this morning, as we feel blessed to have known Chuck, even for a very short time. Clearly he touched many lives with the love of Christ.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family. Chuck was very special to me and touched my life and heart in so many memorable ways. He taught me so much about God and being the daughter of our King. He showed me fabulous places, wined and dined me, taught me about photography and showed me how to make beautiful gardens and so much more. My comfort lies in knowing you’re home for all eternity. You will forever be in my heart.
Todd Taylor — Fair Oaks, CA, USA: "He was very thoughtful, empathetic, understanding, and caring. He was someone a young person could count on and look up to as a model of humanity. I regret not taking his invite for coffee (not long ago). I would have told Mr. Charles Lee O’Neal that I am thankful to have crossed life paths. I vow to keep up his good deeds and ways. ❤️

To Chuck's family - I am so sorry for your loss. I first got to know Chuck through my late husband, Mel Raatz, a trial attorney. He considered Chuck to be the best investigator in Sacramento. When we moved to Discovery Village, it was a pleasure to find Chuck there. He was a good neighbor and friend.
