Charles Donald Morneau “Charlie” 74 , was born on October 25th 1949, to parents Rachel and Charles Morneau in Hartford, CT. He attended and graduated from Coventry, CT High School in 1967. In July of 1968 he was married to his high school sweetheart Dianne Philbrick for 32 years, with whom he had four beautiful children with, Charlene, Paul, Julie, and Kathy.
