Born Modesto California in 1955, child of Barbara Carpenter & Billy Simmons.

Chuck was a very skilled plumber. 

Chuck Simmons was known for his ability to create moments of intense excitement,, and hilarious inside jokes. He was a master at causing both smiles and groans simultaneously. He was known as Run-A-Muck Chuck. He was a very skilled plumber. He loved traveling, exploring, steampunk and Star Wars - Grogu [Baby Yoda] was his favorite! He was a volunteer at his local food pantry and enjoyed giving back to the community. Chuck was a loving dad. He was the most wonderful and kind hearted man. He will be greatly missed.
