Major Charles Alan Jenigen, [71] passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Brooke Army Medical Center on November 15 2021. Charles was born on June 5th 1950 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to his parents Ethel Afreda Barr & Charles Adam Jenigen.
At age 18, Charles attended night school to become a peace officer for the City of Philadelphia P.A. Charles was a veteran who served during the Vietnam War in Germany. He enlisted in the United …
