Passed away Friday, September 27, 2019 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama
Charles was born November 12, 1951 to Charles W. Headley Sr. and Alice Mae Headley
Charles proudly served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force. He later started his own computer programming business. He was a kind and loving man with a loud and boisterous personality. His family was his life, his wife of 50 years was his one and only true love, his soul mate. He leaves behind a large family and countless friends who will miss him dearly. He touched and left a lasting impression on many lives.

He was preceded in death by:
Charles W. Headley (Father)
Alice Mae Headley (Mother)
Michael Ray Headley ( Brother)

He is survived by his:
Wife - Phoebe Ann Headley
Daughter - Christina H. Lyles (Kenneth)
Son - Jason R. Headley (Wendi)
Granddaughters - Eva Mattingly, Elizabeth Parker, Keona Perkins and Moira Headley
Grandsons - Cody Headley, Tyler Headley, Justin Headley, Nathan Headley, Kristopher Kephart and Alex Kephart along with six great grandchildren
Sister - Robin Smith (Timothy)
Brothers - David Headley and Charles W. Headley Jr.
Nieces- Beverly Fraley (Craig),Brenda White (David), Nicole Stange, Angela Moore (Shane) and Crystal Pearson
Nephews - Jeremy Headley (Molly), Michael Headley, Blake Headley (Ashley) and David Headley

A Memorial Service and Celebration of his life will be held in his honor at a future date.
