Charles “Pete” Lewis Franklin Sr. family man, life of the party, shameless flirt, and all-around jokester. On February 7, 2020 after complications from a short and valiant fight with cancer Pete died peacefully in the West Haven Veterans Hospital Hospice Unit.
Pete was born August 6th, 1955 in Hartford, Connecticut. He was predeceased by his mother Doris (Lee) Howard and stepfather Willie “Fats” Howard. He took great pride in his family, especially his beautiful daughters …
