Beloved husband, father, brother and son, Charles “Charlie/Chuck” Edward Foehner III, 73, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away on January 20, 2022 from a courageous battle with leukemia.

Charlie was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on August 26, 1948. He spent his childhood in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and relocated to St. Louis, Missouri after attending law school at the University of Arkansas. During his undergraduate studies, he attended Henderson State University on a football scholarship. …
