Charles Duane Epperly, 84, of Shaw, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. Duane was born to Charles and Marjorie (Hoppe) Epperly and raised on the family farm in rural Salem. He graduated from North Salem High School in 1955 and began his career at Boise Cascade Paper Mill as well as joining the National Guard Reserve. Duane has always been a car enthusiast, and …
