Charles Edward Collins Sr [77], of Rochester New York passed away peacefully on January 4th 2020 surrounded by Donna Collins Rip Collins Charles Collins Junior Henry Griffin family and loved ones. [Popz] grew up in Daytona Beach Florida a town they loved but had to leave and start a new life in Rochester New York. Pop worked at Monroe Developmental Center for [12] years and enjoyed fishing all sports horses. [Popz] will be dearly missed and always remember. [Popz] requested a celebration of life be We request all of [Popz]’s loved ones to join us in celebrating their beautiful life at The Legacy Drama House 112 Webster Avenue on February 5th at [2:00 5:00].
