Charles William (Skip) Dillard, 70 passed away peacefully at home on April 12th, 2021 in La Marque, Texas. He was born November 26th, 1950 in Plainview, Texas to Wren and Flossie Dillard. Skip is survived by: his wife, Michele Dillard; daughters, Mica and Melissa; sons in law, Chris and Jared, brothers, Jerry, Jack, and Ken; sister, Janice and grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Daegan, Ellie, Caleb, Dylan, Bree and Charli as well as his devoted fur babies Jazzy …
