Charles "Chappy" Edgar Chappelear, 66, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2022.
Chappy was born on August 5, 1955 to Fred and Dorothy Chappelear on Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. He was a graduate of Farmville Central High School and East Carolina University. Chappy joined the United States Air Force in 1978 as a 2LT and retired in 1994 at the rank of Major. He was stationed at Tinker AFB OK, Williams AFB AZ, Cheyenne …
