Charles "Charlie" Troy Bice of Lansing, MI, age 59, born April 6, 1961, passed away on September 16, 2020, after a long, hard, 2 year battle with stage 4 lung cancer. He passed away in his sister's home in Lansing, MI, his birth city. He is survived by his sister's, Katrina Mayhew and Cyndi Bice, 3 half sister's, Rose Dodgins Hammond, Lisa Dodgins Dearfield and Lea Dodgins Hatfield and many, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Dodgins, his Father, Charles Bice and his Mother, Opal Dodgins Hatfield. He is missed by many family and friends, as he was a very caring, giving, loving and very funny person. He loved to help anyone he could, even total strangers and loved making people laugh.
