Charles E "Chuck" Barlow - September 28, 1934 - January 1, 2023 of Parkville, Missouri. Chuck was born in Decatur, Nebraska to Gladys Marguerite (Phalen) and Charles Thomas Barlow. He grew up in Sharpsburg and Lenox, lowa; playing all sports available,but loved golf.
He attended Drake University in Des Moines for a year then graduated from the University of lowa in 1958. He was a member of the Alpa Tau Omega fraternity. He grew up …
