Background
Chucky was so loved by everyone he knew and touched many with his generosity. The family has been left with an expensive burden in taking care of Chucky’s final expenses. If you can, please donate to assist in the funeral expenses. You may also donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (in honor of Chucky’s mother, Terri) which is a cause near and dear to Chucky’s heart.
