Charles Anthony Ball "Tony", 52 of Garden City, MI and formerly Elyria Ohio was the son of Charles Lee and Antonia H. (Montague) Ball, both natives of Elyria. Born May 30, 1967 and transitioned to his Heavenly Father December 23, 2019.
