Charles Edward Baldwin passed away peacefully at home on October 30, 2022, at the age of 78. He was born in Portland Oregon on April 6, 1944, to Preston and Marie Baldwin. Charles was very handy in woodwork and was always tinkering with something in his garage. He enjoyed BBQ’s and reading his Bible. Charles is survived by his sister Virginia, his twin sister Charlene, and his brother, Robert. All of Portland Oregon. Charles is also survived by his 11 children. Robert (Chris), Laura, Teresa, Carlos (Clare), Anna, Casondra (Joseph), Benjamin, Sarah, Joseph (Wing), Preston, and David (Angelica). He is survived by 36 grandchildren and preceded in death by 1 grandchild.

Charles was loved by many, and he will be greatly missed.
