Charlene Angela Burns Kabat of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025. She was born on October 9, 1953, in St. Joseph, Missouri to John W and Dorothy M (Rhoades) Burns. She was married to her soulmate Anthony “Tony” Kabat on April 23, 1980 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Char ran an in-home daycare for 17 years and then became a dedicated paraeducator for Campbell Elementary School from 1995 until her retirement in 2018. She …
