Charlene was more than a coworker, she was a family member of the Gary Fire Department.

My grandmother will truly be missed. I am so glad we had the times we had spending together watching Perry Mason, wheel of fortune, the girls doing your nails and playing bingo with you, spending the nights with you and enjoying your company! Those memories will always be in our hearts and minds. I am content that you are no longer going through complications. And I am even more grateful on the amount of years and time God granted to you. He always knows best and He never makes mistakes.
