Her kindness, care, and unwavering commitment to others were evident in everything she did. Whether through her nurturing touch, infectious laughter, or selfless spirit, Chantel’s presence was a gift to all who knew her.

Though her passing leaves a hole that can never be filled, her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her and in the lives she touched. We find comfort in the beautiful moments she shared with us and the endless love she gave.
Chantel's life was a vibrant tapestry woven with accomplishments, passions, and deep connections. Music was the heartbeat of her life—whether she was belting out a song at karaoke with her parents, lifting her voice in praise to God, or simply letting her soul speak through song. Music wasn’t just a pastime for Chantel—it was her language, her solace, and her bridge to others.
Beyond her musical talent, Chantel had a zest for life that extended to many passions. She loved all things glam—from her fabulous wardrobe to her flawless makeup, she always knew how to shine. Chantel also ran multiple marathons, proving that her determination and perseverance knew no bounds.
Chantel’s story of transformation became an inspiration to many when she lost half her body weight. She shared her journey with the world, from gracing the cover of People magazine to appearing on The Oprah Winfrey Show and being a guest on radio shows and Christian TV. Through those platforms, she touched countless lives, encouraging others to embrace health, faith, and perseverance, always with her trademark warmth and grace.
Her love for others was clear in the way she hosted Bible studies in her home, offering a safe, welcoming space for all seeking fellowship. Chantel also made it a priority to ensure that no one spent Thanksgiving alone, extending kindness and hospitality to all. She wrote multiple books, using her wisdom, faith, and passion to inspire others.
