Chantel Nielsen, 53, passed away on March 19, 2026 after a weeks long battle with an infection, resulting in septic shock and subsequently pneumonia.
Chantel was born to her parents, LaMont and Carma Nielsen, on October 2, 1972 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was their second child, and first girl. On July 7, 1995, she married her husband, Tod Rees, and together they went on to have four children: Callie, Tara, Cydni, and T.G. …
