Chanda Ditmars, aged 34, passed away on June 10, 2025. Born on October 8, 1990, Chanda brought joy, humor, and a free-spirited energy into the world. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed.

Chanda is survived by her loving mother, Eula Beatty; her sister, Ella Rodgers; her devoted son, Elijah Smith; her cherished daughter, Gabrielle Ditmars; her dear niece, Eula Jordan; and her playful nephew, Chevy Rodgers. She was predeceased by her father, Richard Ditmars, and her brother-in-law, Jacky Jordan.

Known for her outgoing personality and quick wit, Chanda was also a woman of many interests. She loved spending time outdoors, especially while fishing or taking her beloved dog, Hanna, on walks. She found beauty in the simplest things and made every moment count.

Chanda's mantra was to live each day as if it were the last, a philosophy she shared with everyone around her. Her greatest pride and accomplishment were her children, to whom she loved dearly . 

Chanda's spirit, her luminous laughter, her warm, embracing love will forever resonate in our hearts. Her legacy of kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her. We mourn her passing yet celebrate the life of a truly remarkable woman. Chanda was loved, she will be missed, and she will never be forgotten.
