Chai Vang, born on December 1, 1987, passed away on February 26, 2026, in St. Paul, Minnesota. At the age of 38, Chai left this world after a courageous battle with a heart condition, demonstrating her unwavering strength and resilience until the very end.

Chai was one of three sisters and had six brothers: Xe, Ted, Anthony, Johnny, Lisa, Richard, BJ, and David. She was the beloved daughter of Pao Vang and Ye Yang. As a devoted mother to seven children, Chai’s life revolved around her family. Her free-spirited nature and tireless dedication to her loved ones were defining aspects of her character.

Chai’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her legacy of love and perseverance bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
