Chad and I were not extremely close, however he was one of the very first people I ever spoke to when joining this industry begging for business. I had no idea what I was talking about or trying to sell I just knew he was someone I needed to be connected with. He educated me when I first started about how private equity operated, the difference in debt structures and always answered my calls and emails quickly. He was such a genuine individual who was able to make even a lonely recruiter feel valued. My heart goes out to his family, close friends, colleagues and anyone who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.

I’m so sad to hear of Chad’s passing. I remember when he first started dating Alicia. The three of us went to dinner so I could get to know him better and I remember my first impression being that this guy has the warmest heart and is the real deal. He continued to be this person I met that first day years ago and built a beautiful life and family with my dear friend, Alicia. I’ll always be grateful to Chad for showing my friend that kind of love and I’ll miss his gentle, fun loving spirit here with all of us.

Chad was my friend and confidante for years in high school and our early college years. He was always kind, such a good listener and gave the best advice. He could make me laugh in the middle of sobbing and always knew the right thing to say. I will remember him always this way.
