Chad Owen Brackman was 47 and had a fulfilling 22 years of service as Maricopa County sheriff’s lieutenant. On the tenth day in November of 2021, he passed away working off duty while helping with traffic control. He dedicated his life whole-heartedly to his family, work, and community and always made it a priority to take care of others.
