The Villamor family played a vital role in providing support and assistance to countless families, directly and indirectly impacting tens of dozens of lives. His quiet leadership and generosity helped many establish roots and flourish in both Canada and the United States.
Cesar initially settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba, before eventually moving to Calgary, Alberta. He built a successful career with Canadian Pacific Railway (CP Rail), where he was admired for his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and reliability. His contributions to the railway industry and the colleagues he supported left a lasting impression.
He was married to Lydia Cabales Villamor, with whom he shared a lifelong partnership rooted in love and faith. Together, they nurtured a close-knit family that included their two children, Maria and Edwin, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In his community, Cesar was known as a generous and steady presence — always ready to lend a hand or offer guidance.
