In our younger years, he was the smartest person I knew. He was always quiet, humble, and true to himself. I admired him so much for that. Although we were neighbors, we didn’t talk much after high school, but I was so happy to run into him on my unit in the hospital while he was completing clinical rounds. I was so proud to see him achieving his goals as a doctor. My heart hurts to know that he is gone. But now you’re an angel by god’s side. Deepest condolences to your family. I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Cedric. I went to high school with him and although we weren’t close friends he was always very kind and a sincere individual. I recently just lost my sister to cancer as well and can empathize how painful this is. To family and close friends, remember the delightful memories and how wonderful it is to have had the pleasure of sharing them with Cedric.

Cedric was a neighbor growing up. We went to the same high school. He seemed very serious and quiet but I remember how he would smile all the time. We weren’t in the same grade but bc we’re both Filipino it was easy to become friends. I remember him to be easy to talk to, friendly, and incredibly smart. People here described him to have a quiet confidence and it’s so spot on. I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart aches to know how much he will be missed and the void he’s left with his loved ones.
