Cecilia Serafini-Smith, age 62, passed away on August 28, 2023, in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Cecilia is survived by her husband of 39 years, Kermit, and her three daughters, son, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandson, and expected granddaughter. Cecilia was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Dino and Lena Serafini. She was the youngest of four children and is survived by her older sister and two older brothers.
