CECILIA H. CHIN (Age 84)
Of Washington, DC, died on October 22, 2022 after a full and accomplished life. Cecilia was born in Tianjin, China and spent her youth in Taipei, Taiwan. She was the eldest and therefore first of her academically-inclined siblings to undertake most challenges, including moving to America. She earned a Master of Library Science degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign, and proceeded to build an impressive career around her …
