Cecil Schadler passed away on the early morning of Monday, January 20, 2020. Cecil was the wife of the late George H. Schadler. Born in Bally, she was a daughter of the late Harvey M. and Elizabeth (Covely) Stengel. Cecil was a shoe clerk at Beers Shoe Store in Emmaus for 27 years before retiring in 1972. She was a member of Jordan Lutheran Church, Orefield. She was a past president of Patriarchs Militant Auxiliary I.O.O.F. Cecil treasured being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Beloved by all who knew her, she was an Angel sent by God. Survivors: Son, George H. Schadler II of Allentown; daughter, Ramona E. Lyles of Bowling Green, KY; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother, Leonard A. Stengel of New Holland; sister, Margaret Greth of Reading; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cecil was predeceased by her 12 siblings.
