Cecil Noel McFadden of Congress, AZ passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 76, following a long battle with Emphysema and Heart disease.
Noel was predeceased by his Parents, Cecil and Bertha, the love of his life and Mother to his children, Brenda, his Brother Darrell, and his Sister Velta.
He is survived by his three Sisters, Mary Ann, Reba, Patricia, his four Children, Neena, Nolan, Tina, and Jarred.
