Cecil Edward Broyles age 28 of Jonesborough passed away June 5, 2014. He was preseeded in death by his late mother Stella Miller Broyles. Survivors include his father Conley Edgar Broyles and two brothers Christopher and Conley Broyles. He was loved by many.
