My sister Cathy Stredwick was a salon owner and hairdresser in the area for over 40 years. She was one of the best in her field and loved her craft and her clients. She was diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer in the fall of 2019 and had to face the surgeries and treatments on her own due to covid. 

She never lost her will to live or her fight. She was in remission for almost 10 months when the cancer returned, ultimately taking her life. 

Cathy wanted everyone to know that she was a great friend who would literally give you the shirt off her back and gave a damn good haircut! She always wanted to make everyone look and feel beautiful.

She is survived by her sister Judy Glazer, her brother Bob Shey and her son Dylan Babra.
