My brother Jason Lee Menapace was very abusive to our mother.    I tried to document recording videos, law enforcement and her doctor.   No one cared because the DA Henry Solano gave my mom's half sister Margaret Eleanor Maria a job as lead investigator.   The morning of June 1, 2022 my mother called me she was intuitive had a feeling Jason was going to kill her.   Sure enough Jason caught her in the bathroom punched her in the head and as she was falling shoved her down breaking her neck.    No investigation by her half sister Margaret Eleanor Maria boyfriend Dominic Junie VERQUER.    Later I discovered a forged life insurance policy Forester financial that Monica Elizabeth Groe Jason girlfriend helped with.    Since my mom's passing Jason and his girlfriend Monica got a lawyer from Raton New Mexico Steven McConnell.  Monica Elizabeth Groe family as well as Margaret Eleanor Maria paid for this lawyer.   This lawyer has been paid to investigate and harass me because I stand in the killers way. 

        The very corrupt Las animas county Colorado sheriff department abandoned my mom.

     I loved my mom and enjoyed her company while the Las animas county Colorado government helped her killers shut me up
