She is survived by her devoted daughters, Jessica Strobick - a testament to the loving and nurturing nature of Catherine, her step-daughter Jennifer Calore, her sister Cheryl Jones, and her ex-husband Phillip Salvucci, whose lives were all enriched by her presence.

Catherine was a woman of strength, known for her resilient spirit and uncanny ability to spread joy around her, regardless of circumstances. Her indomitable spirit, unfading smile and strength were inspiring to those who knew her. A remembrance gathering for Catherine will be held on November 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Bar Harbor.
