I will remember Catherine as a friend, Neighbour and adviser...She gave me a nice dress and shoe from UK... I mourn her with love I will miss her.(Nekesa) you had a good heart dance with the Lord . God gives and God takes RIP dear.
I never met my sister cousin in person but what I heard from my other siblings was that she was a Visionary woman of steel. An enthusiastic,go getter and the positive odd a society would recommend.
In October 2023, I made a call to Jacky and asked her to speak to her and have me relocate to UK....who gonna assist me??
Still reeling from the shock of your death. Rest in peace as we wait for the coming of Christ!
Aunty Catherine fills many of my childhood and adolescent memories. She was an extremely fun aunty that I have a lot of love for. I will miss her greatly and may she rest in peace. <3
Yaya Nekesa was very giving, funny , generous, always full of fun and laughter all around her. Amazing person to be with and always caring and mindful of other’s feelings. Rest well and will always stay alive in my heart.
The first long distance driving I ever did in the UK was with Catherine, heading to Heathrow Airport. It was back in the day when Tom Tom Navigation was a thing. Catherine as witty as ever, did not spare my ignorance of how to tell distance in miles. She was the co-driver but spent most of the time chatting us up. Of course we got lost many times and somehow miraculously found ourselves in Tooting Broadway 2 hours later. Don’t even get me started about the “cold corridor” at Manor Road. Catherine, you cheered us all up and thanks for leaving us such memories. You will forever be missed. Rest with the Angels Catherine!!
