Catherine "Cat" Murphy

Catherine "Cat" Murphy, 51, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on May 14, 2024 at Jewish Hopsital in Louisville KY. She was born on April 12, 1973, in Somerset KY. Catherine was a fun and outgoing person who loved spending time with her family and friends, caring for her cats, and collecting hummingbirds.

Catherine was survived by her Mother, Brenda J Ward-Warren, son Christopher Murphy (and Amber), Special Friend Rhonda King, Brother Ernest Ward (and Ame), Special Aunt Melissa Mitchell, and a host of other family members and friends who will miss her presence. She was preceded in death by her Father J.C. Ward, maternal grandparents Hazel and Ernest Brinson, and paternal grandparents Sarah and Willie Ward.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor and remember Catherine "Cat" Murphy. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
