It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Casey Blake Edwards, who left us quietly on September 13, 2024. Born on November 8, 1991, to Lee Wilson Edwards and Brandy Lee Bolenbaugh.

Casey was preceded in death by his brother, Dylan John McConnell, uncle, Shawn Edwards, and step grandfathers Joseph Golombeski and Jim Peterson

Casey's life was a beacon of kindness and generosity. He is survived by his Wife Jackie Yager; 3 Beautiful Children, Casey loved so much, Blake, Carson and Paisley Packer.

Casey's contagious laughter will be profoundly missed by all that had the fortune of knowing him. Despite our shared grief, we take solace in knowing Casey's light continues to shine in our hearts. We will forever cherish the precious memories we have of him.  

Casey cherished his time with family and loved the outdoors, often found fishing by the lakeside or relaxing around a bonfire. He also enjoyed gaming while snacking on sunflower seeds. Throughout his adult life, he traveled the country with his wife, children and extended family while working for Michels Pipeline, where he embraced new adventures.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 1:30 to 4:00 PM at Owens Park 1533 Lakeview Drive, Hillsdale, MI 49242. The Celebration of Life will continue with dinner at 5:30 PM at West End Farm to Table, 4141 W Michigan Ave, Jackson, MI 49202.
