Connie I Simmons (Saffell), 55, of Powhatan Point Ohio, passed away May 27th 2022 at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hopsital. She is survived by her loving daughter Carrie Simmons (Ty Moore), her granddaughters, whom she loved with all of her heart, Aubrey Myles and Olivia Moore, husband Richard Simmons, step-daughter Kara Sipos (Josh Sipos), Sisters Marlene Hickman (Jim Hickman), Lisa Pyles, Teresa Saffell.
