Carrie Anne McGinnis, 59, passed away on September 1st, 2021, in Spring, Texas. Carrie Anne McGinnis was first and foremost a Mom. She was also a Wife, a friend, a NaNa, and a woman whose smile, and personality, lit up every room. Carrie was born in Houston, Tx, in the summer of 1962, to L.C., and Helen Morrell.
