Carrie Mancuso, 67, of Sacramento, California passed away on 03/15/2022, surrounded by her friends and family. Carrie, born on 01/17/1955 to Robert and Shirley Angel in San Anselmo, California, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Carrie went on to graduate from Sir Francis Drake High School in 1972 as an honor student. After graduating from high school, Carrie went on to pursue a degree in Liberal Arts at Santa Rosa junior college. Carrie …
